Adult Institute Class

The Divine Gift of Forgiveness

President Durfey taught an adult institute class on the atonement and redemption. President Durfey first developed this class for Religion 390 students at Utah Valley University and taught its principles for several years before being asked to collaborate with Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles who authored his book, The Divine Gift of Forgiveness. President Durfey provides in depth insights into the Great Plan of Redemption and our dependence on the Savior, Jesus Christ.

Theses classes were taught from September 2020 to April 2021. The recording of each class has been carefully edited to include scripture passages and incorporate the slides used by President Durfey in class. The individual slide presentations are available for download. The video presentations for the classes held in 2020 have been archived and the remaining classes from 2021 will be available through the end of May 2021, then they will be archived.
